APPOINTMENTS

Absolutely no guest.

No food is permitted inside studio.

 Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment and no later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.

To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiting of your deposit regardless of unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Please understand that such changes affect not only us but other clients as well. We will try our best to reschedule you, but under the circumstances that we have such availability open in our calendar.​

If you arrive with any contraindications (refer to my website to view the contraindication list) that you did not disclose to us, your appointment will be canceled, and you will lose your deposit due to the fact that we cannot work on anyone in these conditions.​

*Note* You are given ample time to prepare for your procedure, please make any arrangements needed prior to your appointment and account for traffic in your area.

SERVICES​

We cannot guarantee 100% successful results to our clients because everyone's skin takes permanent makeup differently.

 Any training booked with Cure PMU can only be rescheduled twice. Anything afterward, your reserved seat will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

All model fees require full payment to secure your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone.

Touch up services are not included in the initial service price.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

All deposits, services, and training are non-refundable.​

The remainder of payment for the service is due on the day of your appointment.

We take card or PayPal plus 5% tax or exact cash.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS​

Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay in full for any future appointment.

Any cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit.

 Canceling or rescheduling of appointments must be made 48hrs prior. We will allow one complimentary cancellation/reschedule and a verbal reminder of our policy. Failure to comply will result in a $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee due on the day of your appointment.

Should you miss, reschedule, or no-call/show between your touch-up time frame, your appointment will be canceled, and you will not be eligible for the pricing of that time frame. Pricing is subject to increase as more time passes from your last session.

We reserve the right to reschedule any appointment within 24hrs due to any unforeseen circumstances.
